The Youth, Adolescent, Reflection and Action Centre (YARAC) invites qualified and reputable vendors to submit quotations for the supply of Dignity Kits and Non-Food Item (NFI) Kits in support of its humanitarian response activities for displaced and conflict-affected populations in Plateau State.
As part of YARAC’s commitment to delivering timely, quality humanitarian assistance, the procurement process seeks experienced suppliers capable of providing the required items in accordance with the organization’s procurement standards.
Procurement Lots
Lot 1: Dignity Kits
Interested vendors are invited to submit quotations for the supply of dignity kits containing the following items:
- Laundry Soap (120g)
- Bathing Soap (150g)
- Washing Powder (2kg)
- Toothpaste (130g)
- Toothbrushes
- Women’s Underwear
- Reusable Sanitary Towels (Pack of 5)
- 100% Cotton Wrapper (6 yards)
- Carrying Bag
Lot 2: Non-Food Item (NFI) Kits
Quotations are also requested for the supply of Non-Food Item Kits containing:
- Medium Sleeping Mats
- Woollen Blanket
- Mosquito Nets
- 25-Litre Jerry Can
- Solar Rechargeable Camping Lantern
- 20-Litre Bucket
- 5-Litre Cooking Pot
- Plastic Cups
- Stainless Steel Plates (Deep)
- Stainless Steel Plates (Flat)
- Kitchen Knife
- Carrying Bag
Submission Requirements
Interested vendors should include the following in their quotation:
- Unit price for each item
- Proposed delivery timeline
- Company contact information
- Company profile
- Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Evidence of previous contract awards or relevant experience
- Any other supporting documents demonstrating capacity
